What you replicate from top salespeople is not code, but process

In the past, we often wondered how to hire a genius employee who could carry performance as soon as they arrived. Now that AI exists, people have started wondering whether they can build an incredibly powerful model to do all the work. Both ideas are actually misunderstandings. Real scalable replication has never relied on a single superhuman or super tool, but on a repeatable standard model.

There is a very interesting 4M concept here that can be copied directly into AI implementation methodology. The first step is Model: you must first record the experience and intuition of the best performer, whether that is a star salesperson or senior engineer, and turn it into documentation and process. If you cannot even do this step, AI has no idea what it should learn. The second step is Mimic: let the system or new people run through the process. The third is Master, and the last is Multiply.

Many companies are now stuck because they have not even clarified their own business processes. Everything lives in the heads of experienced employees. Introducing AI in that situation is like installing an accelerator at a chaotic intersection. It will only create more chaos and more problems. So do not rush to worship algorithms. First break down that especially effective business process clearly. That is the hardest and most valuable step.
